I’ve used this location for years and have generally had good experiences, but the new touchscreen system is a step backward. It takes longer to navigate than the old controls, and there’s a noticeable delay between selecting a function and the equipment actually switching over, which makes the whole wash less efficient. During my visit, the “spot-free rinse” never seemed to clear the soap and continued spraying soapy water instead, making it difficult to finish the wash properly. Overall, the recent “upgrades” feel like they made the process slower, more frustrating, and more expensive without improving the experience. I hope management considers simplifying the system and addressing the equipment issues.

Automated wash bay needs attention and washes aren’t was they used to be like feel like the lowered the pressure air dryer also could probably be better

Top notch Carwash! Self serve or automatic, it's up to you! All the equipment in the self serve bays works great every time, as well as the vaccumes and the dog wash! This is a well maintained car wash, and there is no riff raff slithering around asking for handouts! 🤣 I did however have a couple problems with extra purchases in the self serve bay, I seen a phone # on the website, you know for problems or questions... I figured it was a sham # and a waste of time, $ lost... Right?!? No way let me say this place has a phone # someone actually responds to, Hannah is her name! She immediately responded to my text, and immediately made my problem into a pleasant experience! Very rare these days to find a company that promptly takes care of their customers, without any attitude or anything! I don't normally write reviews, but when a good review is due... 👍🏻👍🏻 Hannah, your awesome, thank you again! 🫵🏻🤘🏻

This location has really gone downhill. It is almost guaranteed that every time I visit, something is out of order. Frequently, one of the two automatic touchless wash bays is down, resulting in extremely long lines for the remaining bay. Because of this, I’ve often had to use the self-service bays instead, which is not what I signed up for. I chose Autowash specifically because it offers touchless automatic car washes with a monthly membership. If I wanted to use self-service bays, I could go elsewhere. Unfortunately, the self-service bays have their own problems. Nearly every time I’ve used one, at least one function or product has been unavailable, and you don’t find out until after you’ve scanned your membership and started the wash. On my most recent visit, the soap wasn’t working, so I ended up rinsing my car with water only. I shouldn’t have to contact customer service after every visit to report issues that should be caught through routine maintenance. At this point, if another local company offered a comparable unlimited touchless automatic wash membership, I would switch immediately. This location clearly needs more attention from management. Lately, the brush hasn't been working properly. It used to take about two or three minutes for it to fill with soap and for the foam to build up consistency; now it takes nearly six minutes, and the brush is so watery that it’s useless for scrubbing away stuck-on bugs. Worst of all, the timer keeps running, and the cost of the wash just keeps going up. 😒
